3. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.

Listing Pilot provides a centralized SaaS platform that enables users to manage WordPress listings across multiple sites. Our Service includes, but is not limited to:

  • Centralized dashboard for managing multiple WordPress sites
  • AI-powered content generation for listings
  • Google Places API integration and data enrichment
  • SEO analysis and optimization tools
  • Analytics and reporting features
  • WordPress synchronization capabilities

5. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must:

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

7. Cancellation Policy

  • No further charges will be made after the current period
  • No cancellation fees apply

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights

  • Datascraper
  • ScraperAPI
  • Extract.pics
  • WordPress platforms

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

11. Data and Privacy

We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. We retain your data for at least 48 days after account cancellation for security and legal compliance purposes.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Technical issues
  • Third-party service outages
  • Force majeure events

We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service unavailability.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LISTING PILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Listing Pilot, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policy.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Listing Pilot regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
