Listing Pilot offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Time Limit: Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of your initial subscription purchase
- Valid Reason: Refund requests must be accompanied by a legitimate reason. We reserve the right to deny refunds for requests that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith
- First-Time Purchase: This guarantee applies only to your first subscription purchase. Subsequent renewals are not eligible for refund under this policy
- Account Status: Your account must be in good standing and not suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following circumstances:
- Requests made after the 14-day period has expired
- Refund requests that appear to be fraudulent or made in bad faith (e.g., using the service extensively and then requesting a refund)
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Subscriptions that have been renewed or are beyond the initial 14-day period
- Usage-based charges that have already been incurred and processed
- Third-party fees or charges (e.g., payment processing fees)
- Refund requests for accounts that have been transferred or sold
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund
- Allow 5-10 business days for review and processing
We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
- The exact timing depends on your payment method and financial institution
- Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
Account Access After Refund
Upon approval of your refund request:

- Access to the Service will be terminated at the end of the current billing period or immediately, at our discretion
- Your account data will be retained for at least 48 days for security and legal compliance purposes, after which it may be permanently deleted
Partial Refunds

Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your account
- Dispute the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
- Refuse future service to accounts associated with chargebacks

Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund
Please note that cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:
- Cancellation: Stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current period
- Refund: Returns payment for the current subscription period (within 14 days of purchase)
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard without requesting a refund.
Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
However, any refund requests submitted before policy changes will be evaluated under the policy that was in effect at the time of your purchase.
